Niagara Falls limo service, run from a desk that drives these roads
NiagaraFallsLimo.net is a pre-booked Niagara Falls limo service and chauffeured car company for the Niagara region, Toronto and Western New York. One reservations desk answers around the clock, every booking has a fixed all-in fare that the online booker shows before you pay, and every car arrives for a named passenger at a set time. We drive the QEW, the Niagara Parkway and the four international bridges every day, which is why we can tell you which hotel door to use, how long the Pearson run takes on a Friday in July, and when the GO train is honestly the better choice.
What can you book with NiagaraFallsLimo.net?
NiagaraFallsLimo.net books private chauffeured cars in and around Niagara Falls, Ontario: airport transfers such as Toronto Pearson to the Falls (about 120–130 km, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40), city-to-city rides, hourly hire, wine tours, weddings and cross-border trips. Enter your trip in the booker to see the fixed fare.
The service set is simple, and each one has its own page with distances, timings and the details that matter for that trip.
City-to-city rides
Point to point between any two addresses: Toronto to Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Buffalo to the Canadian side, or longer runs to Ottawa and New York City. See city-to-city rides and the routes hub for every origin.
Airport transfers
Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Buffalo Niagara (BUF), Hamilton (YHM), Billy Bishop (YTZ), Niagara Falls International (IAG), Rochester (ROC) and Kitchener-Waterloo (YKF), plus private-jet terminals. Airport pickups are flight-tracked, and meet & greet inside arrivals with a name board is a booker option. Start at the airport transfers hub or go straight to Toronto Pearson to Niagara Falls.
Private chauffeur and hourly hire
A car and chauffeur at your disposal for an afternoon, an evening or a whole day: "By the hour" is a booker mode. Useful for sightseeing, business meetings across the region and nights out. See private chauffeur and hourly chauffeur.
Chauffeured services for occasions
Wine country days in Niagara-on-the-Lake, weddings, proms, anniversaries and proposals, casino nights at Fallsview, concerts and Buffalo Bills games. The Niagara wine tour limo is the one visitors ask about most. The full list is on the services hub.
Stretch limousines, Sprinters and larger vehicles
Stretch Limousines (up to 8), Stretch SUV Limousines (up to 16), Executive Sprinters (up to 12) and Party Buses (up to 12), with coaches for larger groups on request. Stretch, party bus, Maybach and Rolls-Royce availability is confirmed at booking. See stretch limo and Sprinter hire and the fleet.
Both sides of the border, one chauffeur
Niagara Falls is two cities in two countries, and a lot of our trips start in one and end in the other: Buffalo airport to a Fallsview hotel, a day on the American side for the Maid of the Mist and Goat Island, a Bills game in Orchard Park, a flight out of Niagara Falls International. Cross-border trips are normal service. The chauffeur crosses the bridge with you, usually the Rainbow Bridge or the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, and every passenger must carry their own valid documents.
We never promise how long a crossing will take, because nobody can. The Niagara Falls Bridge Commission explains what each of its three bridges accepts, and CBP and CBSA publish live wait estimates. Our border crossing hub covers documents for Canadians, Americans and overseas visitors, and the cross-border car service page explains how we run the day.
Who we drive
- Individuals: business travellers, solo visitors and anyone landing late who wants a known car waiting. See solo travel.
- Couples: honeymoons, anniversaries, proposals at the Falls and theatre nights in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
- Families: child, toddler and booster seats are in the booker, and SUVs carry six people with six bags. See Niagara Falls with kids.
- Groups: reunions, bachelorette weekends, clubs and wedding guests in Sprinters, stretch SUVs or coaches.
- Corporations: executive cars, delegate shuttles and accounts with invoicing. See corporations.
- Travel agencies: agents book clients direct and get the confirmation. See travel agencies.
- Hotel concierges: guest cars booked from the desk to the airport, the wineries or the border. See hotel partnerships.
How booking works, in 3 steps
- Tell us the trip. Pickup and drop-off (a hotel, a winery, a bridge, an airport terminal or any address), the date and time, and your flight or train number.
- Choose your vehicle. Each class shows its fixed fare for your exact trip, so you compare like for like.
- Add the details and pay. Passengers, bags, child seats, meet & greet and any extras; pay securely and your confirmation arrives by email.
That is the whole process. The how to book a limo guide explains each option if you want to read before you start.
Chauffeur, taxi or rideshare?
Niagara has taxis, rideshare apps, the GO train, intercity coaches and Niagara Parks' WEGO buses. Each has a job. Here is how they compare for the trips our clients book most.
| Option | Door-to-door time | Cost note | Luggage | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rideshare app | drive time plus a wait for a match | surge pricing at peaks | depends on the car sent | short solo trips in town |
| Taxi | drive time plus a rank queue | metered | standard trunk | quick hops between hotels and restaurants |
| GO train or coach from Toronto | 1 h 30 or more from downtown, plus the last leg | published fares (FlixBus from $20.98 as of 2026) | what you can carry | budget travellers city to city |
| WEGO bus | stops along fixed routes | published passes (adult 24-hour $16.00 as of 2026) | none to speak of | sightseeing along the river |
| Driving yourself | drive time plus parking | fuel, hotel parking, 407 ETR billing if used | trunk | visitors staying a week with their own car |
| Private chauffeur | drive time only | fixed fare via booker, quoted before you book | sized to your bags | airports, families, groups, wine days, border days |
Plainly: for a ten-minute ride from a Fallsview hotel to a Clifton Hill restaurant, a taxi is fine. A single traveller with one bag going from Union Station to the Falls in daylight is well served by the GO train (GO Transit's Niagara service runs seven days a week). WEGO is good value for hopping between Niagara Parks attractions.
A pre-booked chauffeur wins when you have car seats to fit, a group to keep together, luggage that will not fit a sedan, a late flight, a border crossing, a day of winery tastings, a wedding timeline, or simply a wish to know who is picking you up. There is no surge pricing, no waiting at a rank, and your vehicle class and chauffeur are confirmed before the day. The 407 ETR, the toll highway north of Toronto, bills by licence plate, which surprises rental drivers weeks later; with us the fare you see is the fare. Our chauffeur vs taxi vs rideshare guide and the Niagara Falls taxi alternative page go into more detail.
Where we pick up most
- Fallsview and Clifton Hill hotels, including the Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview (formerly Embassy Suites) and The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview (formerly the Crowne Plaza). See the hotels hub.
- Niagara-on-the-Lake inns and wineries, about 20–25 km (15 mi) north of the Falls. See the wine country hub.
- Attractions such as Table Rock, Clifton Hill, the Whirlpool Aero Car and the Skylon Tower. See the attractions hub and Niagara Parks for seasons.
- Train stations: VIA Rail and GO at 4267 Bridge Street, Niagara Falls, and Amtrak at Niagara Falls, New York. See train station transfers.
Standards you can count on
Licensed, commercially insured vehicles and chauffeurs. Flight tracking on every airport pickup and train tracking on station pickups. Trained service animals welcome, and a wheelchair option in the booker. Discreet chauffeurs, with NDAs on request. We are not a security company; a VIP security add-on exists in the booker and our chauffeurs work alongside a client's own team.
There is no drinking in our vehicles. Niagara Region's vehicle-for-hire by-law forbids drivers to permit alcohol consumption in the vehicle, and Ontario law has no limousine exception. On a wine tour that is the point: the chauffeur drives so nobody has to. A sealed bottle can be added in the booker as a gift to take away.
Flights, hotels and activities: the travel desk
Planning more than the ride? Our travel desk works with our partner BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels and activities, so you can put a Niagara stay together in one place and add the chauffeur when you are ready.
For planning reading, the guides hub covers the best time to visit, the Canadian side versus the American side, restaurants and itineraries, and Niagara Falls Tourism is the city's official visitor site.

Can I hire a limousine in Niagara Falls, Ontario?
Yes. NiagaraFallsLimo.net offers pre-booked sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, stretch limousines and stretch SUVs across Niagara Falls and the Niagara region, by the trip or by the hour. Enter your trip in the booker and the fixed fare for each vehicle appears before you pay.
How much is a limo from Toronto to Niagara Falls?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. The drive is about 130 km from downtown Toronto, usually 1 h 20 – 1 h 40 off-peak; allow 2 hours or more on a summer Friday.
What is the best way to get from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls?
For one traveller with light luggage, a coach or GO connection is the lowest-cost choice. For families, groups, heavy luggage or a late flight, a pre-booked car is simpler: about 120–130 km door to door, flight-tracked, with no transfers on the way.
Are there Ubers in Niagara Falls?
Yes, rideshare apps operate in Niagara Falls. Prices change with demand, the car size varies, and Niagara Falls International notes that rideshare may not cross the border. A pre-booked chauffeur gives you a fixed fare and a confirmed vehicle instead.
Is it better to fly into Toronto or Buffalo for Niagara Falls?
Buffalo Niagara is closer, about 40–45 km from the Canadian falls, but every trip includes a border crossing. Toronto Pearson is about 120–130 km away and keeps you in Canada. Choose on flights, documents and where you are staying.
Can you take us across the border to the American side?
Yes. Cross-border trips are normal service, and the chauffeur crosses the bridge with you. Every passenger must carry their own valid documents, and no one can promise how long a crossing will take, so leave slack in any timed plans.
Can we drink in the limo?
No. There is no drinking in our vehicles under Niagara Region's by-law, and Ontario law has no limousine exception. On wine tours the chauffeur drives, so nobody has to after tastings, and a sealed bottle can be added as a gift to take away.
What is your cancellation policy?
Counted from the scheduled pickup: more than 72 hours' notice no charge; 72 hours or less 10%; 48 hours or less 50%; 24 hours or less or no-show 100%. Proms, long weekends and big weddings may carry a different deadline printed on the confirmation.
